Affirmations Exercise - General format

Format: affirmations exercise

1. use any breathing techniques - 3 times.

2. istighfar 11 kali, selawat 11 kali.

3. sebutkan niat - objective - mind setting.
     <I am successful dunia akhirat>

4. say out affirmations
   - focus one topic for a week.
   - imgine and feel as if you are there.
   - cannot use "I want to", "I hope to be".

5. tutup dgn al fatihah.

Some tips:
1. The best time to do this is 30 mins before sleep OR 4am tahajud time.
2. When you say out these statements, jgn fikir whether it is right or wrong. Just attract the good feeling and imagine you are there already.
3. The HOW is going to be in Allah's plan.
